“Amina’s keynote was incredibly well-received and added significant value to the programme, with positive feedback about the clarity, relevance, and thought-provoking nature of her presentation.”

I speak to one thing: liberation.

Whatever the challenge, we're wired to seek a way through the external obstacles and internal limitations.

I work with you to tailor content to the specific context and audience. Each talk can be adapted from keynote to interactive Deep Dive. Previous themes have included:

  • Navigating uncertainty — lessons from a career across frontline medicine, global health, and executive coaching.

  • Imposter Syndrome: a multidimensional view (and why AI doesn't get it)

  • Ethical influence and leading without coercion

Every session is designed to create more than insight. Audiences leave with a different relationship to their own thinking — calmer, clearer, and more able to act from what actually matters.

I've spoken at events ranging from UN to NHS national conferences, and founded the RSA Coaching Network, one of the RSA's most active. The initial development of my facilitation approach is published in Mentoring in Health, Social Care and Beyond.

"More than an oxygen bottle, Amina's talk fuelled our hope to revitalise the company.
- Alain Tsi, COO M&A — Société Générale

Wow. What an amazing coming together of minds. One of the best events I've been to in 25 years.

Thoughtful content, wise use of language, and intentional stillness made complex ideas land with poetry and clarity. A powerful and memorable contribution.

Background:

work with leaders and organisations navigating decisions where technical analysis is not enough; and where leadership requires deep sensing, improved accuracy of perception, and bounded experimentation.

My background spans clinical medicine (including conflict zones), global health and Disaster Risk Reduction policy with WHO/UN, and a decade of independent work with leaders in complex systems.

Drawing on integral coaching, relational inquiry, and insight meditation, I supports leaders and teams to refine their sensemaking and align action with values.

My approach works best for mission-driven leaders willing to question assumptions and explore liberating ways of seeing that enable wise action amid irreducible uncertainty.
