What to expect
To get more of an idea of what coaching with me is like and what you can expect, see some of the experiences my clients have shared.
You will benefit most from coaching if you have high standards for your work and life and are committed to creating a better quality of life for yourself and others. These are values I live by and will bring to our work together. I require that you take full responsibility for your actions and ideally have some experience of meditation, journalling or a similar personal development practice that you can use in combination with the coaching.
You can expect the highest standards of service and will benefit from the knowledge, experience and dedication of a highly skilled professional including confidentiality.
While we will address some pretty serious topics, like imposter syndrome and other negative mindsets that get in the way of your success and happiness, I'll also bring a sense of joy and positivity.
My coaching approach is informed by Strategic Intervention from the Anthony Robbins school of coaching from which I am certified. I combine thought-provoking enquiry and reflective dialogue; mindfulness tools to create a sense of calm and clarity; as well as practical skills based on my management consulting experience, knowledge of organisational and career structures. In addition, I engage in continuous research and training to create a supportive and powerful coaching space that produces actionable insights and practical strategies for your success.
