Most high achievers want to fulfil their potential in life while providing for themselves and their loved ones.
But there comes a point in life where the relentless drive to do the right thing takes its toll and the destination becomes unclear.
When hitting this wall, it’s easy to push harder hoping the situation will get better with more effort, or by turning to books, podcasts, additional qualifications and perhaps even some CBT or a law of attraction workshop. You may find your partner or family carrying the full responsibility of being the sounding board for your fears and frustrations.
The problem is that education is not the same as transformation, and none of these resources are designed to go deep enough to help you or your organisation transform ingrained, limiting personal and cultural myths that have been plaguing you subconsciously and getting in the way of your fulfilment.
To create the best version of you or your organisation, 3 key principles need to be at play:
1. Stop the struggle of doing. We operate through creative cycles. Taking time and space to reflect and reconnect to your deeper being and true values will help you speed up again on your own terms and in your own time in alignment with your seasons of change.
2. Break out of limiting cultural myths. External expectations including those internalised over time distort the lens through which you view the world and lead to suboptimal decision making and loss of personal power. Transformational work does the heavy lifting necessary to break out of these so you can recover energy, clarity, inspiration and the courage to take the right action.
3. Create a new world. Your way of being and your patterns of thinking create the world you inhabit through your habitual actions. Once your lens is clear of old, limiting myths you can start to create a new world for yourself and partner up with others for wider impact.

From the start of my career after graduating from Cambridge University Medical School in 2002, I've focused on helping individuals and organisations to create healthy lives and environments, first as a doctor, then as an international policy specialist, and currently as a Transformational Executive Coach and Consultant. I've worked on the relationship between the mind, body and institutional structures with a wide range of prestigious organisations including the World Health Organisation using a unique combination of scientific and human understanding as well as highly refined pattern recognition, intuition and communication skills.I work with a diverse range of one-to-one coaching clients including doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, coaches, scientists and business leaders in global organisations. These include intergovernmental agencies, the Obama and Clinton Foundations, large healthcare organisations, the Royal Airforce and British Petroleum. I also offer group coaching events, meeting facilitation and thought provoking speaking engagements. Alongside my medical qualifications and PhD I'm certified in Strategic Intervention from the Anthony Robbins School of Coaching and have worked with internationally respected experts, coaches and business mentors.
